Mobile Phone Vibration Settings

I've noticed that some phones have “weedy” vibrate settings and some are like an entertainment venue with bad acoustics. It's high time manufacturers arrived at a standard set of vibrate settings, so I present here the beginnings of the ISO standard Scale of Mobile Device Vibration Notification settings.
