The Evans is a housing complex, formerly the Evans Hotel in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Constructed in 1892, the hotel was renovated in 1979 and 2004 to provide housing for elderly and disabled people. This is an infrared photo of the south wing. My intent was to show the organic shape of the tree contrasting with the geometric sandstone building. Editing includes hue adjustments to showcase the contrasting false colors of the infrared capture.
